Our warranty applies to:
- Clasps or chains breaking due to a production fault
- Stones coming loose without visible damage
- Discoloration that occurs under normal wear
- Any proven manufacturing defect
If this happens, we will repair the item or replace it free of charge.
✘ Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage from water, perfume, lotions or chemicals
- Wear and tear from daily use
- Scratches, bending or accidental damage
- Discoloration from showering, swimming or sweating
- Improper use or storage
- The jewelry is made of precious metal or sterling silver. It undergoes multiple strict quality inspections and secure packaging before shipment to guarantee perfect condition. We recommend taking an unboxing video after receiving the goods to prove that the damage was not caused by human error. We do not support refunds or returns for damage caused by human error.
